The pools were like mirrors in the noon sun

Michael, Brian, and Kerry within the rough-hewn canyon walls

A photograph could not capture this beauty

Following the canyon's rim around the large pool

Trees and shrubs grow within this desert oasis

A large pool, fed from behind by a waterfall down the cliff's edge

Trees blush green and gold within the nature preserve

Algae and other water plants grew within the pools
